Terms Entered in Search
A name, location, or other term entered into a search tool is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. Williamson County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s policy governs its handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
An email or contact-form message is kept as needed to read and answer it. Message content is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law. Do not send sensitive custody, medical, financial, or identity information that is unnecessary for the question.
Automatic Technical Information
Standard technical details may be recorded when a browser loads a page. Those details can include:
- The internet protocol address used for the request
- Browser name and version
- Device category and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent on them
- The referring website, when one is supplied
- Date and time stamps associated with requests

Visitors Younger Than 18
The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted personal data may use Contact Us to request review and deletion.
Available Data Choices
Subject to applicable law and the ability to verify a request, a person may:
- Ask for a copy of personal data held by the site
- Request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Ask for deletion of personal data
- Object to or opt out of certain processing
These requests apply only to data controlled by Williamson County Released Inmates. A sheriff, court, IDOC, BOP, search partner, advertising service, or other outside operator must handle requests concerning its own records and systems.

This Privacy Notice may be revised as site practices or legal requirements change. An updated version becomes effective when posted here with its new effective date.
